Ruby's Pantry in Staples — Staples United Methodist Church together with Central Lakes College in Staples are operating Ruby's Pantry food distribution at Central Lakes College, Staples campus. The pantry will be open every first Tuesday of the month.

Ruby's Pantry is a surplus food distribution available to everyone. There are no income or residency restrictions. Once a month, people participating in Ruby's Pantry receive at least $100 worth of food for a donation of $22. 

Because of COVID-19 the pantry is operated outside on the CLC parking lot and there is no registration. Food distribution is now from 5:30-7:00 p.m. due to the sky getting dark earlier.
